Mr. Ershad Mahmud, Executive Director of Centre for Peace, Development and Reforms (CPDR) had a hour long meeting with former Prime Minister of Norway Mr. Kjell Mange Bondevik, who also heads Oslo Peace Centre, about the current state of India-Pakistan relations and Kashmir issue.

Mr. Bondevik took deep interest in the CPDR’s activities, particularly, about the youth work and people to people contacts across the Line of Control (LoC). He shared Norwegian experiences in the areas of peacebuilding and negotiation.

The meeting was organised by Sardar Ali Shahnawaz Khan, Executive Director Kashmiri Scandinavian Council who is engaged in lobbying and advocacy work over Kashmir since last 20 years in the Western capitals.
