Covid-19 and Tourism in AJK

During the past two years, tourism in Azad Jammu and Kashmir has greatly suffered due to the escalation of tension on the Line of Control (LoC), in the wake of abrogation of Article 370 by the Indian Government in August 2019 and Covid -19 that also coincided with the tourism season. The tourism sector is playing an important role in AJK economy.
